Stoke-on-Trent’s People’s Parade

Working alongside Isla Telford and the team at Stoke Creates, Helen co-produced the People’s Parade which celebrated the centenary of Stoke-on-Trent becoming a city.

This ambitious 1.5 km parade, featured around 1000 members of the local community who had worked alongside artists to create artworks for the multiple diverse sections of the parade. Featuring a number of intricate partnerships, the role included contracting and coordinating artists, engaging with community partners, resource and logistics management, onsite delivery and the creation of access materials.
